About the Stevens Point Alliance (SPA)
The mission of the Stevens Point Alliance, Inc. is to promote tourism and events in the Downtown Stevens Point area to benefit the community. In addition, we present a unified voice to our local and State government officials based on our downtown organization’s community goals.

Who are we?
We are an organized group of small business owners and organizations downtown with a common goal to increase tourism, support local businesses, advance their causes and make historic Downtown Stevens Point a destination for everyone. Downtown Point works together with businesses downtown to feature a number of events in the heart of Stevens Point. Putting our support directly back into our downtown, our goal is to increase tourism, support local businesses, advance their causes and make historic Downtown Stevens Point a destination for everyone. We want to give everyone the enjoyment of family-friendly events in a warm and welcoming Downtown.

A few other commitments our group has focused our efforts on are:
Boat Dock system at Pfiffner Park. In the past few months we have raised over $9,000 to put in a dock system by Pfiffner Pioneer Park! Our goal is to have a floating dock in the water the Summer of 2018!
Presented a unified voice to our local government that Metered/Kiosk parking in our downtown would be detrimental to our Downtown goals.
We are always looking for initiative and unique ideas to continue improving the Downtown Stevens Point area.
